Refunds are considered for valid technical issues preventing product access or use, reported within 7 days of purchase. Product functionality claims will be verified. To request a refund, email bahatudu19952006@gmail.com with your Order ID, purchase date, and a detailed description of the issue.

Eligible refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval. Funds will be returned to the original payment method. No refunds for change of mind or perceived lack of results. If the product has been downloaded and used without verifiable technical issues, all sales are final for digital products once accessed and functional.
